    Thank you for purchasing a Super Strada e-bike. We’re proud to deliver a reliable, high-quality product. This warranty outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to request service if needed.

     

    Warranty Coverage

    Super Strada provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

    This warranty is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable.

     

    Covered Components

    Component Warranty Period What’s Covered
    Frame 1 year Structural defects (e.g., cracks, weld failures).
    Motor 1 year Manufacturing defects or failures in motor performance.
    Battery 1 year Defects in materials or workmanship; failure to hold charge.
    Controller & Display 1 year Malfunctions in the control system or display unit.
    Charger 1 year Internal electrical issues or defects.

     

     

    What’s Not Covered

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)

    • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

    • Improper assembly, maintenance, or installation of parts

    • Water damage, corrosion, or rust

    • Damage caused by commercial use (e.g., delivery, rental)

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

    • Loss or theft

     

    Owner Responsibilities

    To maintain warranty eligibility, the owner must:

    • Follow all instructions in the Super Strada manual

    • Perform regular maintenance

    • Use only approved chargers and components

    • Store the e-bike in a dry, covered location

    Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.

     

    Making a Warranty Claim

    If you experience a problem and believe it’s covered under warranty:

    1. Contact Us at [support@superstrada.com] with:

      • A clear description of the issue

      • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)

      • Photos or videos showing the defect

      • Serial number of the bike (found on the frame)

    2. Our Team Will Review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

    3. If approved, Super Strada will provide instructions on how to return the defective part or arrange for a replacement or repair.

     

    Super Strada reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.
